El pasado jueves, 6 de Julio, se disputó la jornada número 11 de la Liga Canarias FootGolf 2017 en Los Lagos – Golf Costa Adeje.
Victoria del Zoquero Cherre Bello con un -9 bajo el par del campo, algo que se veía venir después de ver como se marcaba un Eagle en el primer y más difícil hoyo del campo. Al final del recorrido, el capitán de la U.D. Las Zocas lograba batir su propio record del campo, desde que juega con un Adidas Cafusa, con el cual se ha notado un gran cambio en su golpeo.Con este resultado, Cherre afianza su segunda posición en la clasificación general, que sigue liderada por Maikel Álvarez.
El segundo clasificado de la jornada fue Carlos Romero, batiendo también su marca personal al lograr un -7 bajo el par del campo y un Hole in One en el hoyo 14, hasta la fecha, solamente Maikel Álvarez en 2015 y Romero, el pasado jueves, lo han logrado. Muchos de sus compañeros opinan que el Adidas Europass tiene mucho que ver en el buen resultado obtenido en la pasada jornada.
Jonay García, logrando un -5 y sumando 67 puntos, consigue asegurar una jornada más la tercera plaza de la clasificación general.
Una de las mayores sorpresas del día la dio el jugador local Fanfi Viera , consiguiendo un -4 , resultado que dista mucho del +9 conseguido el pasado 22 de Abril en la primera jornada de la Liga Canarias FootGolf. Con este resultado, el jugador santacrucero logra sumar 62 puntos y distanciarse de su principal adversario, el jugador Uruguayo Manuel Pais, que no pudo mejorar su marca y termino su ronda con +3 después de un mal comienzo de +5 en los 4 primeros hoyos.
Cabe destacar a Zeben Díaz y Raúl Hormiga, que consiguieron -3 bajo par sin haber hecho sus mejores golpes, algo que muestra el gran nivel que está adquiriendo el FootGolf en Canarias.
Otra mejoría notable la podemos ver en Isaías Armas, consiguiendo el par del campo , mejorando hasta en 13 golpes desde su primera ronda. Jugadores que vienen en línea ascendente como Oliver Febles, Gabriel García ó Rosmen Díaz con+1 +3 y +5 respectivamente, hay que tenerlos en cuenta de cara a futuros compromisos en el Sur de Tenerife.
